In the dusty town of Cactus Gulch, all Sweet Stu wants is to hang onto his family’s crumbling ranch, outwit a herd of unruly goats, and maybe enjoy a peaceful glass of his late pappy’s favorite “iced tea.” But when the villainous Salty Sam catches wind of Stu’s inheritance, she’ll stop at nothing to get her grubby hands on the deed—no matter what it takes.

Thankfully, Cactus Gulch has a secret weapon: local legend and law-woman Long Tall Joan - with her silver star, steely resolve, and a strut that can stop evil in its tracks. With a colorful cast of townsfolk, bumbling sidekicks, and one very enthusiastic cue card guy, it’s a showdown of good versus goofiness, where the goats aren’t the only thing running wild. Will Sweet Stu hold on to his legacy? Will Salty Sam finally get her comeuppance? And will Long Tall Joan ever finish writing her autobiography? Find out in this rootin’-tootin’ tale of hijinks, heart, and heroism—where justice wears fringe and carries a mighty big star.

CAST OF CHARACTERS:
​SWEET STU (M): The earnest, overwhelmed rancher. Our classic dude in distress.
DUSTY SHELVES (M): The town’s general store owner. Well-meaning, a bit frazzled.
MISTY SHELVES (F): Dusty’s kind-hearted, nurturing wife.
CUE CARD MISTER (M): A silent showman who uses cue cards and physical comedy to engage the audience. Infatuated with Long Tall Joan.
SALTY SAM (F): The villain. Tough, conniving, and always up to no good.
TOOTY (F): Sam’s dim but loyal sidekick. Loves crossword puzzles and chaos.
GINNY TONIC (F): The no-nonsense saloon bartender with sharp instincts.
JOHN DALE (M): An eager saloon worker desperate to be seen as important.
LONG TALL JOAN (F): The town’s larger-than-life law-woman and local legend. Heroic, stylish, and unbothered.
